"My research is mainly focused between matter and void, my works are in fact conceived as empty spaces to be filled. space is conceived as a vehicle of communication, as a factor capable of generating an aesthetic, as well as materialization of timeless time. I consider emptiness as necessary as silence to activate that part of us which has more easy access to fantasy, intuition, overall vision, lateral thinking."
Laura Forte defines her works as a dialogue, a contamination, a search for herself, something timeless. She has received several awards and her work can be found in various international galleries dealing with contemporary jewelry.
